简历:

1979 年生,2001年毕业于山东大学物理学院(物理学学士),2006年毕业于中国科学院物理研究所(凝聚态物理博士)。2006年到2010年,在美国宾夕 法尼亚州立大学纳米科学中心和物理系做博士后。2010年到2011年任美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学纳米科学中心助理研究员 (Research Associate)2010年受聘为北京大学物理学院量子材料科学中心博士生导师、研究员。2011年入选国家首批青年千人计划2012年入选 科技部青年科学家专题项目负责人。2012年获自然基金委优秀青年基金。2015年获第二届马丁伍德爵士中国物理科学奖。

 

研究兴趣:

低维超导与拓扑材料的物性,以及新的量子材料的探索。具体包括:(1)拓扑绝缘体及相关量子体系中的电输运及自旋输运特性;(2)异质结构中宏观量子态间的相互作用(如超导和铁磁的相互作用、超导和拓扑的相互作用等);(3)低维体系中的超导特性研究。等等。

 

主要科研业绩:

1 在二维极限下的界面超导方面:首次在二维超导中发现和证实了量子Griffiths相变行为;发现一种新的二维超导体,为类石墨烯结构的人工的二维晶格:外延生长在GaN衬底上的Ga双原子层;我们首次对STO衬底上的单层FeSe开展了电输运与迈斯纳效应等测量,证实了其为最薄的高温超导体。(2)在拓扑新材料方面,我们系统研究了三维狄拉克半金属Cd3As2的电输运特性;在此基础上用硬点接触的方法在Cd3As2表面观测到点接触区域的超导,该超导有可能是拓扑超导。(3)在拓扑绝缘体的电输运领域取得了一系列重要进展:如首次定量引入电子-电子相互作用的量子修正,率先在拓扑绝缘体和超导相互作用的实验中取得突破,首次开展了拓扑绝缘体超晶格的量子输运特性和拓扑绝缘体异质结的物性实验等研究。(4)在纳米超导的近邻效应方面:在实验上观测到单晶铁磁(钴和镍)纳米线与超导纳米电极间的长程铁磁超导相互作用和在相变点的电阻异常峰,该结果为当前新兴前沿领域铁磁-超导纳米异质结构物性研究中的重大突破,进一步推动了该领域的发展;在实验上研究了单晶金属(金)纳米线中超导长程近邻效应诱导的超导特性,发现了新的窄能隙的超导态和在磁场引发的超导相变过程中的微分磁阻振荡行为等。(5)在一维超导方面:实验发现单晶半金属铋纳米线在低温下(1K附近)显示超导特性,并观测到磁场下的量子振荡行为,结果表明在超导温度以下铋纳米线的表面存在奇异的超导-金属共存态等。

 

论文及其它成果:

近年来在Science, Nature Materials, Nature Physics, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications, PRX, PRL, JACS, Nano Letters等国际一流学术期刊发表SCI论文五十篇。相关工作得到了国际学术界的广泛关注。多次在国际重要学术会议上做特邀报告,如凝聚态物理领域最具影响力的美国物理学会三月会议(APS March Meeting 2011&2016)。2015年因二维界面超导的工作在美国物理学会三月会议上召开新闻发布会。作为分会主席在美国组织了2012年和2013年的拓扑绝缘体国际会议(VCTI2012 & 2013EMN)。当前担任国际知名SCI学术期刊2D Materials 的客座编辑和Scientific Reports的编委,同时为Nature CommunicationsPRLPRXAngewandte ChemieAdvanced MaterialsACS Nano2D MaterialsScientific ReportsPhysical Review B等十多种SCI期刊审稿人。此外,在国际科技类出版社InTech出专业书一章,以第一申请人获专利7项,申请专利2项。
