  • 分子束外延(MBE)量子材料、金属、半导体薄膜、纳米结构,包括量子点、纳米线等;
  • 拓扑(晶体)绝缘体;
  • 拓扑超导体与马约拉纳费米子;
  • 反铁磁自旋电子器件。
