简历:

2006年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学材料物理专业

2012年1月在加州大学河滨分校获物理博士学位 (Roland K. Kawakami Group)

2012-2014 在IBM Almaden Research Center工作 (Stuart S. P. Parkin Group)

2014年起担任北京大学物理学院量子材料科学中心研究员,博士生导师

 

主要研究方向:

自旋电子学;自旋超导;低维量子材料;分子束外延;自旋流输运等
