  • Molecular Beam Epitaxial (MBE) growth and characterization of quantum materials, metal and semiconductor thin films and nanostructures, including quantum dots, nanowires, etc.;
  • Topological (crystalline) insulators;
  • Topological superconductor and Majorana fermions;
  • Antiferromagnetic spintronics;
