Abstract Submission

How to Submit

Participants are invited to contribute to EPQHS4 by submitting abstracts of their recent works on quantum Hall effects. Only abstracts submitted by registered participants will be considered for presentation at the conference. If you would like to submit an abstract, yet have not registered, please go to Registration first. Each registered participants can only submit one abstract. Abstracts should be uploaded via the online submission system before 29th May 2011.

About Oral/Poster

All presenters should indicate their presentation preference, before they submit their abstracts. Contributed works with ‘Invited’ indication might lose the chance to be considered for any presentations. The Scientific Committee will consider all contributed abstracts with ‘Oral’ preference and select the participants who will present their work in the Contributed Oral Session, in which each talk lasts for 10-15 minutes. Authors selected for poster presentations will have their posters shown throughout the poster-exhibition day, and will have chance to give incisive 3-5 minute talks in the Lightning Talk Session.

The notification of acceptance/rejection and placement of all abstracts including oral and poster presentations will be made in early June 2011.

How to Prepare Your Abstract

All Submitted abstracts should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc). Authors should follow the template provided, in order to prepare their own documents. Before submission, authors should rename their file using presenter’s surname underscore and first name, all in lower case, e.g. johns_michelle.doc.
