本科：中山大学，2007.9-2011.6；

博士后：加州大学-洛杉矶分校，2015.3-2018.4;
2018年5月起担任北京大学物理学院量子材料科学中心研究员，助理教授，博士生导师。
主要研究方向：
- 分子束外延（MBE）量子材料、金属、半导体薄膜、纳米结构，包括量子点、纳米线等；
- 拓扑（晶体）绝缘体；
- 拓扑超导体与马约拉纳费米子；
- 反铁磁自旋电子器件。
